Tents, bedding, setup — all in one service
With our bell tents you have extra beds for your friends and family — set up at your location on Mallorca. Choose the extras you want (like bedding and towels) and we’ll take care of everything.

Our tents
One tent – €129
Our spacious bell tent fits 1–2 people comfortably. You pay a flat fee per tent, per night, including setup. Perfect for a semi-private stay!
Two tents – €99
Need space for 2–4 people? Rent two tents at the same flat rate per tent, per night. Each tent is set up and you can add essentials for a relaxed stay.
Each spacious tent accommodates 1–2 people and is available at a flat nightly rate.
Three tents – €69
Hosting a bigger group? Rent three or more tents and enjoy a special discounted rate per tent, per night. We’ll handle setup and extras so you can focus on your guests.
Our packages
Essential Package
Whichever package you choose, each tent will have a grass basket as a bedside table, a small carpet between the beds and an outdoor mat.
Premium Package – €149
The Premium Package includes comfortable mattresses with protective covers, pillows, bed linen, summer duvets, and towels for two people.
The package fee is a one-time charge per tent and covers items for two guests.
Deluxe Package – €249
All the benefits of the Premium Package as well as two lounge chairs and electricity from an already existing outlet.

Our 100% cotton canvas bell tents are 3 meters wide and comfortably sleep two people.
Pricing is per tent, per night, with a minimum stay of 3 nights.
For stays shorter than 3 nights, an additional fee will apply.

We offer two simple flat-rate packages per tent for the entire stay, so you can easily choose what works best for you.
Please note there’s a small extra fee for laundry per tent.
If you need anything else that’s not listed, just let us know — we’re happy to help and will do our best to sort it out for you.

What’s Included
Delivery and full setup at your location.
All selected extras (bedding, furniture, etc.).
Full pack-down after your stay.
Note: Additional fees may apply for certain locations or special requests.

Additional Information
Laundry fee: €30 per tent.
Admin & Coordination fee: 10% of total invoice.
Transport Fee: For bookings of 5 packages or more, or for locations that are challenging to reach, we charge a transport fee of €0.45 per km (round trip), calculated from Algaida.
Although we are based in Artà, we calculate from Algaida for consistency.
If a second trip is necessary due to the volume of materials, an additional package fee will be applied to cover the extra transport and logistics.On-site assistance (€30/hour per team member) available on request for ground preparation or other needs.

To reserve your tents, we kindly ask for a €400 deposit.
The full payment is due 14 days before your event.
After your stay, we’ll gently check for any damage and adjust the final amount if needed — either a refund or a small extra charge.

All our prices include 21% VAT. For company bookings within the EU, we apply reverse VAT, so the VAT amount will be deducted from your invoice. If you have any questions about this, just let us know!
